To sagfeguard the well-being of young individuals in our community, Media Fellowship House requires all adult volunteers, aged 18 and above, who are working alongside minors, to successfully complete and submit the manadatory Pennsylvania Background Checks and Clearances.
Please complete and return copies of all three required background checks & clearances before your first day of volunteering in any of our youth programs. Copies will be kept on file for the duration of your volunteer assignment.

PA Child Abuse History Certification
- Free for volunteers
- Valid for 5 years

FBI Criminal Record Clearance (Fingerprinting)
- Required if you have NOT lived in PA for last 10 consecutive years.
- Valid for 5 years
- The cost is $23.25 for volunteers.
- If you have lived in PA for last 10 years, you can download, complete, and return a waiver (no fee).
