Volunteer or Dine: 7th Annual Community Thanksgiving

Volunteer Opportunities

Help us make this event special! Volunteer shifts run from Wednesday, November 19, through Saturday, November 22.

From 11 a.m.–1 p.m. on the day of the event, volunteers can help with setup, decorating, and last-minute food preparations. When doors open, we’ll need support with meal service, preparing to-go containers, refreshing food and drink stations, greeting and dining with guests, and assisting with final clean-up.

• Who can volunteer: Youth and adults 15+ are welcome to sign up for a shift.
• Younger children are welcome to accompany a parent or guardian (no separate registration required).
• All volunteers must register on our event page.
• To ensure everyone has a chance to participate, please sign up for only one volunteer shift at this time. Additional shifts may open the week before the event.

Dine With Us or Take a Meal Home

All are welcome to dine in or take out meals from 1–4 p.m. on Saturday, November 22.
Please share this invitation with your friends, family, and neighbors — let’s make sure no one goes without a warm meal this Thanksgiving.

In recent years, our community has come together to prepare and serve over 600 delicious meals, catered by Cedar Creek Catering and made with love by local volunteers.

It truly takes a community to feed a community — and we need your help to reach our fundraising goal of $3,500.

Your donation or sponsorship helps us provide warm meals to those who may not otherwise have a table to join this season. Sponsors will be recognized in promotional materials leading up to the event.
