Fair Housing Tester Training

The Housing Equality Center of Pennsylvania utilizes trained fair housing “testers” or mystery shoppers to help investigate allegations of housing discrimination. This workshop will train new testers on basic fair housing rights and responsibilities and on the process and procedures used in the testing of rental housing. After the training, attendees will be able to participate in the Housing Equality Center’s fair housing testing program, helping to combat discrimination in our region. Testers are compensated for their time and expenses. Prior to attending the training, participants must complete an application and register.
