Community Garden Groundbreaking!

Come out and join us for a family friendly community event as we break ground on our community garden project. We’ll have fun and educational activities for youth of all ages to take part!
As we mark our 80th anniversary, we’re excited to break ground on a new program that reflects our commitment to fostering connections and cultivating justice within our community.
Our vision for this garden is simple: to create a space where youth and their families can come together, share experiences, and nurture relationships. Through gardening, we aim to not only grow fresh produce but also cultivate a sense of belonging and solidarity.
Join us in this endeavor as we plant the seeds of community engagement and watch them grow into something beautiful. Together, let’s tend to our garden, cultivating not only fruits and vegetables but also a stronger, more inclusive community.
Students in grades 3-12 are invited to complete our Youth Leadership Application for ongoing community service opportunities throughout the growing season. If you are a community member interested in volunteering for this project, please complete our volunteer interest form.
