Media Fellowship House is partnering with the Delaware County Council to administer the DELCO CARES Mortgage Relief Program to homeowners in Delaware County who have been financially impacted by the economic slowdown related to the coronavirus pandemic.

Qualified homeowners in Delaware County who have been financially impacted by the economic slowdown related to the coronavirus pandemic may apply for mortgage and utility relief starting September 1.  Grants are available on a first-come basis.

Homeowner applicants may be eligible to receive assistance for mortgage and utility costs for a period not to exceed three (3) months.
